1. Please ensure all artwork, designs or instructions you provide to Shenlin are accurate before you confirm your order. Shenlin can not be held responsible for mistakes made to an order, due to a mistake on yours (the customers) part.

2. Any photograph supplied to Shenlin, will be returned to the customer along with your finished order. Wherever possible, it is prefered that any photograph sent to be printed onto a shirt, is sent digitally. Shenlin will return all photo's supplied but if they are to be posted, we can not guarantee their security during transit.

3. All goods are non returnable, therefore it is vital that you ensure the design you order is exactly how you want it. This includes spelling and layout. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure all text and design layout are correct prior to placing an order.

4. All of our designs remain the copyright of Shenlin, unless otherwise stated. Your own designs remain your property, and will not be used by us. This ensures the uniqueness of your shirt.

5. All of our designs are created using the heatpress process. We provide full washcare instructions with every order. It is the responsibility of you the customer, to ensure that these guidelines are followed. We can not be held liable for any damage or wear to an item due to incorrect washing or treatment.

6. Returns will only be accepted on orders and designs, where the cause of the fault lies with us. This may include a design being scratched, faded, cracked or peeled before it arrives with you the customer. If this is the case, we will accept it back if it is unopened and returned to us in it's original condition.

7. Please do not ask us to reproduce a commercial brand or label. We will not create an order if we feel there would be a breach of copyright or trademark.

8. Shenlin are T-shirt & garment printers. We do not manufacture the t-shirts and garments that we print on.

9. Please ensure you know the correct size of the garment you want prior to ordering. Shenlin can not be held responsible for sizing mistakes made by you the customer. If the size of your order is incorrect, you will still be charged. Orders placed with the wrong sizes, due to customer eror are non returnable.
